Wallrus owners, Tim Lehotsky and Bill King have been lifelong friends with deep roots in northeast Ohio. Growing up, attending church and school in a small town instilled values such as honesty, integrity and genuine concern for individuals as well as the community.
HABITAT FOR HUMANITY
Habitat for Humanity is our number one charitable recipient. Over the past 15 years we have been
a major supporter of every new home our local Habitat for Humanity has constructed. Building
a quality home that the lower wage earner can afford to purchase and operate (less energy
consumption, lower utility bills = more dollars for the family) is an integral step to a more
viable community.
Tim and his parents, Virginia and Richard Lehotsky, were recipients of Habitat for Humanity's
highest honor, the "Golden Hammer", for Innovative Leadership and Exemplary Community
Service in 2005. Tim was also honored with Habitat's "Golden Spike" award in 2003 for
Outstanding Dedication and Service.
We encourage all to lend a helping hand, not a hand out, to this and other charitable
organizations.
With 30 years in the building industry, we have been involved in all phases of construction
from start to finish from custom home building to concrete finishing. We have “been there, done
